◎ Sun Tzu
As a result of the long-standing wars, the people of the State Wu and the State Yue were hostile to each other. They were not friendly at all when meeting the people from the other country.
One day, a person from the State Wu and another person from the State Yue happened to cross a big river in the same boat. They looked at each other not saying a word. When the boat arrived at the midstream, a wild wind crossed the boat all of a sudden. The boat shook wildly in the surging waves, and seemed to turn upside down immediately. At such a dangerous moment, the two persons left behind their hostility completely. They encouraged and helped each other, just like they were a pair of hands that depend on each other. They joined forces to stabilize the boat on the verge of capsizing, resisted the test by the storm, and finally reached the other bank safe and sound.
