简介
华夏新供给经济学研究院是由贾康、白重恩、王庆等12位学者发起设立、经政府管理部门批准成立于2013年9月的民间智库组织，现任理事长为民生银行洪崎行长。研究院旨在推进“以改革为核心的新供给经济学”的研究，秉承“求真务实融合古今，开放包容贯通中西”的精神，基于全球视野和时代责任感，以“责任、专业、团结、创新”为文化，以“人才是核心，研究是基础，社会效益是追求”为理念，践行勤勉奋进的“梅花精神”和开放包容的“牡丹精神”，打造学习型组织和创新型团队，通过构建跨界合作的“中国新供给经济学50人论坛”，努力建设具有高学术品味和国际影响力的中国特色新型智库。已有几十位经济学家、实业家、金融界精英和媒体人士加盟的新供给研究院的研究团队，通过“新供给双周学术研讨会”、新供给年度重点课题研究等活动，致力于经济学理论的不断发展创新，对中国改革开放予以理论阐释和提出积极建言，持续推动中国经济改革和发展实践，为中国和世界经济繁荣和社会进步竭尽所能。
China Academy of New Supply-side Economics
Introduction
China Academy of New Supply-side Economics is a civil think tank organization established in September，2012 by 12 scholars including Jia Kang，Bai Chongen and Wang Qing etc.，and approved by government administration department，with President of China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd.Hong Qi as current Board Chairman.With a view to promote the study of"New Supply-side Economics with reform as the core"，the academy adheres to the spirits of"truth-seeking and pragmatism，integration of the ancient and the present，openness and tolerance，and combination of Chinese and western cultures"，takes basis on global view and the sense of time responsibility，holds the culture of"responsibility，professionalism，teamwork and innovation"，sticks to the philosophy of"talent is the core，research is the base and social benefits is the pursuit"，practices diligent and endeavored"plum flower spirit"as well as open and tolerant"peony spirit"，builds a learning organization and an innovative team，and makes efforts to establish a new think tank with highly academic atmospheres and international influence and also Chinese characteristics by means of setting up a cross-discipline cooperative"China New Supply-side Economists 50 Forum."Currently，dozens of economists，industrialists，financial experts and media personnel have joined the research group of China Academy of New Supply-side Economics.By means of many activities，such as"new supply-side biweekly academic symposium"and"new supply-side annual key research programs"，and so on，they are committed to achieving the continuous development and innovation of economic theories，and theoretically explain China's opening up and reform and actively putting forward policy suggestions，so as to continuously promote China's economy reform and development practice and make great efforts for China and the world's economic prosperity and social progress.

“中国新供给经济学50人论坛”（以下简称“论坛”）是由中关村华夏新供给经济学研究院（以下简称“研究院”）内部设立和管理的经济学术研究平台，由中国经济学界、实业界具有较强学术功底和颇具社会影响力的成员组成。
论坛以全球视野和时代责任感，秉承勤勉奋进的“梅花精神”和开放包容的“牡丹精神”，坚持“求真务实融汇古今，开放包容贯通中西”的基本理念，以战略性、法制性、国际性、实践性思维，致力于通过构建跨界合作的新型研究平台，对中国改革开放予以理论阐释和提出积极建言，夯实中国经济学理论基础，特别是新供给经济学理论创新，以经济学理论的不断发展创新持续推动中国经济改革和发展的成功实践，为中国和世界经济繁荣竭尽所能。
第一届论坛成员是国内外有影响力的经济学家、企业家和相关行业专家等。为了突出论坛的广泛性和跨行业特点，论坛设立特邀研究员和特邀媒体合作伙伴，注重其所在行业的影响力。为了培养青年人才，论坛设立特邀成员，侧重于培养具有较大发展潜力，年龄在40岁以下（不包括40岁）的青年学者。论坛专职工作人员具备高素质和忠实勤勉有奉献精神，均为获得经济学等相关学科博士学位的优秀人才。
